Leaving from Central Transfer Chamber, you'll be next to Jalis, then take the portal to Varajar Fells and the Materials guy will be right next to the portal.

I still find them to be better looking then the smoldering crap that is the destroyer weapons.

If these weapons could have been added to the HoM I would have added everyone of them, as it is now I have ten characters and I have one 1 destroyer staff in the HoM, wish I knew what it was going to look like before I bought it, I guess dunk needed a smite staff.
